Botanical Gardens

We spent several hours walking around the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth today. We climbed around on huge Oak Trees and walked through most of the gardens. We're hoping to go back some time when everything is in bloom.

Wedding

We just got back from Fort Worth to see some of our friends from Bible study get married. It was great to see them so happy together, we were blessed to share the occasion with them. We toured downtown Dallas Saturday morning (saw the JFK assassination site and the Farmer's market). Then we met up with our friends and were off to the wedding. Our Sunday trip to the Botanical Gardens is next.

Starkeys in Style

Went out to the Chaparral Ranch and took some snazzy pics of the Starkeys. They were a great bunch to take photos of. Thanks for the opportunity to get my first photo shoot in.

We went out to Lucy Park today for our first "Photo Shoot" with our friends. Enjoy.

SNOW!

Last week we had a nice taste of winter with 4-5 inches of snow. It was all melted within a couple of days, but it was nice to have a change of season around here after our very hot summer. Sarah had a snow day at school, but no such luck for me...anyways here are the pictures.



I've reduced the size of the pictures so that it shouldn't take nearly so long to load...for our bandwidth challenged viewers. Unfortunately, I still can't get some of the pictures to offer the full-size view when clicked on. I just thought the site didn't like my 3-4 MB pictures...but that isn't the case...maybe I'll just drop kick it.
